Dick Pond Athletics

Background:
Dick Pond Athletics was having a tech emergency and their regular “tech guy” was not available.
Challenges:
Dick Pond called because many of their computers were infected with Malware and needed an upgrade. In addition to the solving the immediate emergency, they also realized they needed tech support who would be responsive to their ongoing needs.
Solutions:
TMC2 cleaned up the malware, upgraded computers, and established a remote connection with all of the stores in order to better respond to their needs.
Outcome:
Dick Pond Athletics was our first Managed Care client. We developed a program to proactively support the stores in order to maximize response time and minimize downtime. We also assist with off-hours processing to avoid downtime during business hours.
Hoffman Estates Surgery Center

Background:
Hoffman Estates Surgery Center had tech support that was not being responsive to their needs. Due the the nature of their business and their preferences in a vendor, they needed a high level of responsiveness. A quick turnaround was critical.
Challenges:
The immediate challenge the client faced was that their computers needed upgrading. They also needed a good working backup solution.
Solutions:
TMC2 upgraded all of their computers and their server. We replaced their failing local backup with a new working drive and also installed an online backup. Additionally, there are routine backup checks in place.
Outcome:
Their upgraded equipment minimized downtime and provided the reliability that is critical for a surgery center. We enabled access to critical health records for doctors in the St. Alexis Hospital system as well as an outsourced billing service.
Senior Living Investment Brokerage

Living Brokerage was having internet connectivity issues. They needed a reliable network.
